Start with workplace neuroinclusion training, from £1,500 for a half day for up to 30 people. Your staff learn what neurodiversity looks like at work, and the small changes that help.
See the trainingStart with an audit, from £500. In half a day we find where your week goes and what to fix first. The £500 comes off any build you go ahead with.

Training changes how people think and work. Systems take the admin away so there is time to do it. Both are sold through Unmasking Performance Ltd, and both are coming soon.

We take the admin off small firms so the owner gets their time back. You start with an audit, we build what saves the most time, and a subscription keeps it running.

Email us and we will book a free first conversation at a time that suits you. Tell us anything that would make it easier: a video call or a phone call, cameras off, written questions first, or extra time. We build it in.
We send a short written summary afterwards, so nothing relies on memory.
